Seminar on “Work Life Balance"
Noida Management Association together with Apeejay Institute of Technology, School of Management , Greater Noida conducted one day Program on “Work Life Balance” for officers and executives of the Industry on 29 th October 2010 at Conference Hall, Apeejay Institute of Technology, Greater Noida.
This programme was intended to benefit those, who are finding hard to balance both the demanding job and a busy family life
Seminar on “Impact of Digital Library in Present Scenario”
Apeejay Institute of Technology Greater Noida organized two days seminar cum book fair on 26 th & 27th of October 2010. The programme was inaugurated by Professor: R.K.Verma (Executive Director) Apeejay Institute of Technology Greater Noida. Welcome and Introduction about the Program was given by Prof. J. S. Shukla & Program Conducted by Mrs. Chitra Bhatia (Sr. Lecturer AIT).
Joven fiesta 2011
The institute organized a program named “Joven Fiesta” on 16 th March 2011 . The fest provided an opportunity for the young budding managers to mingle with their contemporaries, share views and participate in debates on the impact of budget 2011 on various economic activities.
The function was comprised of Oratory Wizard (Debate competition), Dreams on paper (Painting competition), Call of Siren (Singing competition- Solo or Group) and Fashio–Glitz (Theme-based Fashion Show).
The fest was open to all management students of Delhi-NCR.

Founder's Day. The birthday of Hon'ble Chairman, AES, was celebrated as the Founder's day on 4 th October, 2010 . The message of the President Mrs. Sushma Berlia was read out. It was followed by a series of cultural events presented by the students. The highlight of the celebration was presentation of the Best Student Award for Human Values.
The Institute conducted a job fair in November 2009 to facilitate training and job opportunity to PGDM students. Eight companies participated in the job fair and more than 75 of students were provided job opportunity. .
The Institute arranged an interaction of guests from corporate with the senior PGDM students who are now getting ready for industrial placement.
The third Alumni meet was organized by the institute at AIT , School of Management on September 10, 2010 at AIT -Campus. A larger number of alumnus visited campus. The meeting provided interaction of the PGDM students with alumnus working in various industries.
Essay writing & Quiz Competition
An essay writing and quiz competition was organized by the the institute in association with LG Electronics on 7 th February, 2009 . More than 500 students from different institutes participated in the competition.
Several other quiz competitions were also organized in and outside of the campus. Awards were distributed to the students. Apeejay Institute of Technology, School of Management students also secured very good positions organized by AIMA, Mangalmay Institute of Technology, G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology etc.
Industry exposure and Guest Lectures
The AIT – School of Management lays emphasis on industry orientation of the students. Students were exposed to latest industry practices by holding lectures from the industry experts in various fields of their expertise. I am happy to mention that some of the leading personalities have delivered lectures to our students namely – Prof. A.P. Arora, Head Deptt. Of Management, Management Development Institute delivered a talk on “Clearing of doubts on marketing Fundamentals. Mr. Lalit K. Khanna, Executive Director, Escorts Mutual Fund, delivered a talk on Security Analysis. Mr. Saugat Sen, Vice President, M/s. Cadence delivered a talk on Distribution Channel and Channel Management; Branding and the role of SCM in Electrical Industry. Ch. Mohan Rao, Director-HR, MSIN delivered a talk on “Balanced Score Card”.
AIT-School of Management & Computer Science organized the Convocation on 4 th December, 2010 . The convocation ceremony was graced by the Hon'ble President,AES & Chairman BOG-AIT and Prof. S.K.Kak, the Vice Chancellor of Maha Maya Technical University, Noida The record of awards for the batch are as below:
