Granddaughter of Dr. Stya Paul, and daughter of Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia & Mr. Vijay Berlia, Dr. Neha Berlia is Co-Owner and Director (Family Business Board) – Apeejay Stya and Svran Group, an international conglomerate of businesses with major interests in Education, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences and Real Estate.

Dr.Neha Berlia is leading the Education Vertical of the Group. She is also an Office Bearer of Apeejay Education and oversees 26 Educational Institutions – (Schools & Higher Education) including the Apeejay Stya University, comprising over 5000 Educators & Staff Members and over 40,000 Students.

She is also Pro-Chancellor of Apeejay Stya University.
She is a graduate in Economics from Stanford University, USA and holds a PhD in Finance and a Masters degree in Management & Banking from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. She has graduated from the Owners President Management program at Harvard Business School.

Dr. Neha Berlia is a member of the Management Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PHDCCI) and is Chairing its Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Committee. She is also CII State Education Convenor. She has in the past Chaired the Task Force on Digital Security and Co-Chaired the Education Committee of PHDCCI. She is also the former Co-Chair of Assocham National Council on Real Estate & Urban Development. She has been and continues to be associated with numerous other industry chambers.

Dr. Neha Berlia has been bestowed with numerous awards, recent ones include “Transformational Leader in Education” by ABP News, in June 2025, at the SmartEd Conclave 2025 – by Shri Ashish Sood, Hon’ble Education Minister of Government of NCT of Delhi – in acknowledgment of her visionary leadership, tireless dedication and outstanding contributions to the field of education; “Educationist for the Year” award at the 32nd World Education Summit 2025 in Dubai, organized by Elets; “Education Entrepreneur 2024” for excellence in Education by Jagran Josh; “Educationist of the Year 2023” by Centre for Education Growth & Research at Rashtriya Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar, New Delhi, among many others. She is also an Indian National Medalist athlete and an award-winning Indian classical musician, as well as a passionate philanthropist.
